In the early 1960's, this Amoco fuel tank wagon seemed to be so much larger than its predecessors, that it begged for a photo to be taken.

The tank is being shunted after emptying, onto the shunt lead at the end of the cattle yards, there to be picked up by a passing train to return to Brisbane. Just prior to this, a large fuel tank storage facility was built on the western side of the Harristown yard, to the left of this picture. The Toowoomba General Cemetry is under and beyond the trees in the background.
